Privacy Policy
MOST LAB (株式会社MOST LAB) ("we") explains here how the smartphone app "Bokusai" (the "App") handles information about its users. If this English version differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Information the App handles
The App has no accounts. We do not collect your name, email address or phone number.
- Stored only on your device
Your lineups (topics, names, notes), My Teams, photos and settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to our servers. - Receiving app data
The App downloads templates, designs and other data from our server. Our server keeps access logs (IP address, time, app type) when this happens. - Problem reports
Only when you tap "Send" in Settings > Report a problem, the App sends us the app version, your device model and OS, language and region settings, the data version, the number of lineups and teams, the App's activity log, and the note you wrote. Your lineup contents, names and photos are not sent, nor is any device identifier. You can review everything before sending. - Advertising
Free users see ads from Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. Google may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA on iPhone, advertising ID on Android), device information and approximate location (from your IP address) to show ads and measure them. On iPhone, if you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your data is not used for personalized ads. In the EEA, the UK and similar regions, we ask for your consent before showing ads. - Purchases
Purchases are made through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). Your payment details never reach us. We use RevenueCat, a service of RevenueCat, Inc., to manage purchase records; it receives an identifier created by the App and your purchase history.
2. How we use information
- To provide the App (delivering data, unlocking and restoring purchases)
- To investigate and fix problems and to answer inquiries
- To show ads
- To prevent unauthorized access to our servers and abuse of problem reports
3. Third parties that receive information

Google LLC and RevenueCat, Inc. are based in the United States and handle information under their own privacy policies.
Except as required by law, we do not provide your information to any other third party. We never sell your information.
4. Retention
- Problem reports are deleted 180 days after we receive them.
- To limit excessive reports, we count requests using an irreversible hash of the IP address, which is deleted within one hour. The IP address itself is not stored.
- Server access logs are kept only as long as needed to operate the server.
5. Children
The App is not primarily directed at children under 13.
6. Security
We take appropriate measures to prevent leaks or loss of the information we receive.
7. Requests
To request deletion of a problem report, contact us with the reference number shown when you sent it.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when laws or the App change. We will announce major changes in the App or on this page.
